Assumption of risk and use:

Golf simulator enclosures involve the striking of golf balls at high speed. Purchaser acknowledges that golf balls may rebound or deflect unpredictably, and that use of this product carries inherent risks of injury and property damage. Purchaser assumes all risks associated with use.

Assembly and installation:

This product is shipped as separate components with assembly instructions. Purchaser is responsible for assembling and installing the product in accordance with those instructions and for confirming that the installation location is suitable, including adequate ceiling height, clearance, and structural support. Sim Frameworks is not responsible for damage or injury resulting from improper assembly, modification, or installation.

Limitation of liability:

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company’s total liability arising from the purchase or use of this product shall not exceed the purchase price paid. Sim Frameworks is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so these may not apply to you.

Warranty:

Except as expressly stated in the written warranty, the product is provided ‘as is’ and Sim Frameworks disclaims all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
